Registration has been opened for the Ukrainian-language DL-101 course – «General Course on Intellectual Property» on the eLearning Center distance learning platform of the WIPO Academy.

About the Course

DL-101 is a foundational online course that provides a comprehensive overview of the international IP protection system.

The program covers the key areas of intellectual property, including:

  • copyright and related rights;
  • patents and utility models;
  • trademarks;
  • geographical indications;
  • industrial designs;
  • plant varieties;
  • unfair competition;
  • international registration systems.

The course consists of 13 modules and the final exam. It includes self-assessment tools that allow participants to progressively reinforce the material and evaluate their level of knowledge acquisition.

The course structure is designed to enable learners to systematically master both the theoretical foundations and the practical aspects of applying intellectual property rights.
