At the same time, its use involves compliance with copyright and related rights and, in certain cases, requires obtaining the appropriate permissions and paying remuneration to right holders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When does a hotel need permission to use music? Who is responsible for granting such a permission? How does the licensing system work, and what exactly does a business pay for? Participants will have an opportunity to share their practical experience, ask experts questions and jointly explore the practical aspects of using music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">During the dialogue, participants will be able to:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>discover in which cases the use of music in the hotel industry requires permission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>find out who grants the relevant permissions and how the licensing system works;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identify what should be taken into account when organising the use of music in a hotel or apartment complex;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>examine common situations and mistakes that arise in practice and ways to avoid them;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>put questions about their own situations and receive practical guidance from experts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special attention will be paid to <strong>participants\u2019 questions and real-life cases from the hotel industry<\/strong>.
