It was implemented by IP Academy with the support of the WIPO Academy and the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative brought together participants from across Ukraine and created an environment for developing their projects \u2014 from initial ideas and visual concepts to a fully formed brand, clear positioning, and a communication strategy for market entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second stage of the project (mentorship program) lasted from November 2025 to March 2026 and provided individual mentoring support for participants whose projects demonstrated high potential for scaling and commercialization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program mentor was Alina Bazhenova, founder of the full-cycle branding agency \u00abFuturist agency\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the mentorship program, participants received comprehensive support, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>development of visual materials for social media;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creation of a landing page website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparation of an investor presentation (Pitch Deck);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creation of a one-page informational booklet;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>production of a promotional video.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Case studies of mentorship program participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Over several months, participants worked on positioning their products, building their brands, and developing communication strategies, creating a solid foundation for further growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are more details about the projects, their transformation, and participants\u2019 experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Case 1. RhythmoCar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-744a4fe3fe7250a0647c640bddc392e1\">The first case is the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rhythmocare.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">RhythmoCare<\/a><\/strong>. project. It is a personalized digital application that analyzes circadian rhythms and supports health-related decision-making based on individual indicators and scientific data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RhythmoCare evaluates not only individual metrics but also their interaction within a unified biological system:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>blood pressure (sleep phases and structure);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>heart rate (at rest and in dynamics);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>body temperature (day\u2013night fluctuations);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sleep and recovery (circadian changes);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nutrition patterns (timing and regularity);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>physical activity (intensity and timing);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>seasonality and time zones (environmental adaptation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The application\u2019s functionality is designed for both users and medical professionals, enabling a personalized approach to monitoring health and planning therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For medical professionals<\/strong>, RhythmoCare serves as a tool for therapy personalization, allowing analysis of patients\u2019 circadian rhythms, selection of optimal treatment timing, evaluation of therapy effectiveness, and dynamic data analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For users<\/strong>, the application helps restore balance, improve quality of life, prevent health issues, and make more informed daily decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The author of the project is Olesia Kalmykova, PhD in Biology, Associate Professor at the Department of Cytology, Histology, and Reproductive Medicine of the Educational and Scientific Center \u00abInstitute of Biology and Medicine\u00bb of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and a laureate of the President of Ukraine Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-pastel-lilac-light-background-color has-background is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-50214743 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-radius:20px;padding-top:30px;padding-right:30px;padding-bottom:30px;padding-left:30px\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em><em><em><em><em><em><em>\u00abParticipation in the international project \u00abEmpowering Women in Innovation and Startups\u00bb helped transform my scientific idea into a clear and expressive form. HYPOXYON<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b097450a359e0973f71642c224d6e193\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hypoxyon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">HYPOXYON<\/a><\/strong> is an innovative hardware-software system for personalized hypoxic training aimed at increasing endurance and adapting the body to physical stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system automatically controls and adjusts the training process: it analyzes the user\u2019s physiological parameters, regulates oxygen concentration, and ensures the safety and effectiveness of each session \u2014 from prevention to athletic training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The HYPOXYON technology automates complex physiological processes, reducing human error and increasing result stability. Its concept is to transform the traditional approach \u2014 from \u00abuniversity as a building\u00bb to \u00abuniversity as a system\u00bb that can be scaled, replicated, and deployed in any environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U-Cloud University functions as a cloud ecosystem where all administrative and educational processes are digitized and interconnected.
