Prospects for Implementing Certain Provisions of EU Law Acts in the Field of Copyright and Related Rights in Ukraine<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>On 17 October 2025, the first webinar in the series took place \u2014 an event titled \u00abProspects for Implementing Certain Provisions of EU Law Acts in the Field of Copyright and Related Rights in Ukraine\u00bb,\u00a0 organized jointly with the Department for the Development of Copyright and Related Rights.<br>During the webinar, participants learned about the prospects for implementing certain EU legislative provisions into Ukraine\u2019s national law and discussed how these changes would affect the practice of protecting the rights of authors and rightholders.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bcf78af7258ce0aa7cd3213279c9dd23\">More details about the webinar <a href=\"https:\/\/ipacademy.nipo.gov.ua\/en\/events\/prospects-for-implementing-certain-provisions-of-eu-law-acts-in-the-field-of-copyright-and-related-rights-in-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
