Research Institutions\u00bb is organized by the Department \u00abAcademy of Intellectual Property\u00bb of the <strong>Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (UANIPIO)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course aims to provide participants with up-to-date knowledge and practical skills regarding the legal protection regime for intellectual and creative results created under employment contracts in vocational, pre-higher, and higher education institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Course Will Help You Understand:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>who owns the rights to intellectual property objects created under employment contracts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how property rights are distributed between the employee (author) and the employer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>why it is important to understand the registration procedure for works and other intellectual property results;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the importance and methods of commercializing your intellectual property creations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how to evaluate and account for intangible assets in educational and research institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
