Startup & IP Bootcamp is a summer school designed for students developing digital products who want to learn how to protect their startups and prepare them for market entry.
The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical case studies, helping participants understand how intellectual property tools work in the context of startups, IT, and digital products.
How Did the Program Take Place?
This year’s Startup & IP Bootcamp attracted more than 110 registered participants from across Ukraine.

During the Summer School, participants attended five online sessions covering key intellectual property issues for startups and digital products:
- Startup and Intellectual Property: What Your Team Creates;
- Copyright and Digital Products: Code, Design, and Content;
- Startup Branding: Name, Logo, Domain, and Reputation;
- Teams, Contracts, and Confidentiality: How to Protect Your Rights;
- Intellectual Property Strategy: From MVP to Investor.
Participants attended lectures, analyzed practical case studies, took part in interactive workshops, and developed their own startup ideas together with leading intellectual property experts, gaining practical tools for protecting and scaling their projects.
Certificates
Upon successful completion of all program requirements, 49 participants received certificates confirming the completion of the Summer School.
