Why Was the IP Academy Networking Club Launched?
The Club was founded as a platform for dialogue: a place where representatives of the IP office meet professionals from various fields to talk about intellectual property, share experiences, explore how to acquire useful IP skills, and discuss the challenges the field faces today.
The purpose of the project is to support the development of an active professional community where contemporary trends are discussed, practical cases exchanged, legislative changes analyzed, and proposals formulated for the further development of the intellectual property sphere in Ukraine.

The First Meeting of the IP Academy Networking Club for Educators
The first meeting of the IP Academy Networking Club will take place on 11 December 2025 at 15:00 and will be aimed at representatives of secondary education institutions – teachers and all those interested in developing intellectual property culture in the educational environment.
Programme of the First Meeting:
- presentation of useful publications, educational projects, and analytical materials for teachers that support their professional development and help integrate intellectual property knowledge into the learning process;
- an interactive activity – a short survey and engagement task allowing participants to assess their basic IP knowledge and discuss approaches for integrating this topic into school subjects;
- informal communication and experience-sharing – an open conversation with organizers and participants about challenges, needs, and practical issues related to implementing intellectual property education in schools.
«The next generation is shaped from early childhood, and it is a teacher who sets the values and goals that later become the foundation of young people’s thinking, creativity, professional responsibility, and civic consciousness. In a world where ideas and the results of intellectual work acquire strategic significance, educators must be equipped with modern teaching approaches and have a strong understanding of the role of intellectual property in nurturing creativity and driving societal progress.
That is why we are lauching the first meeting of the IP Academy Networking Club together with representatives of secondary education institutions. Our aim is to support them in integrating intellectual property fundamentals into school subjects, provide educators with valuable materials and tools, create a space for professional communication, and discuss the challenges educators face today. This is an important step toward forming a community that fosters a culture of respect for creative work and intellectual achievements in Ukraine.»
