Mediation in medicine: how to negotiate when emotions are running high?

An online interview within the project «Law, Medicine, Ethics: Points of Intersection», during which participants and experts will discuss typical conflicts between patients and medical institutions, when and why parties turn to mediation, how the process works, and what advantages it provides.
